A lot of times, the simplest things in life are the most precious and meaningful. Watching the sun set behind the hills, hearing the birds singing and the sounds of crickets and tree frogs floating on the breeze on a warm summer evening, feeling the coolness of grass between your toes, just sitting on a porch swing enjoying quiet time with someone you love. Sometimes in our busy lives it's so easy to overlook these things, then I am reminded that God gave them to us to enjoy...and it doesn't cost us anything, just slowing down and taking time to appreciate God's beautiful handiwork!
